I spent Tuesday, November 3rd, in San Jose at QuickBooks (QB) Connect 2015. It was is unlike any event you have ever been to before. Thousands of entrepreneurs, small businesses, accountants and developers unite under one roof to connect, learn + grow. Highlights include speakers Oprah Winfrey, Jessica Alba, and Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec.
The show kicked off at 8:30 am with Sekou Andrews. He really set the tone for the day with his unique poetic take on public speaking. The video below from the day is worth any small business owners time.
This was followed by several break out sessions, connecting with bookkeepers, speaking with QB staff, lunch, and an exhibit hall of vendors for small business.
The day ended with Oprah Winfrey sharing her journey from a perspective of business development and personal branding.
8:30-10:45am, Sekou Andrews, Jessica Alba, Bill Rancic, and Brad Smith
10:45-12:15pm, Boost Online Leads with an irresistible Webpage
