How we hire
Our application process crafts an experience for you that's authentically Why Blu.
- The flow starts with your 'Work' at Why Blu' form submission.
- Then within a few days, we'll email you a question so you can create a 2-5 min video response for us.
- Our hiring team reviews your form and video before setting up your live video interview.
- From there, you'll take us for a one-week trial run, experiencing all of our tools and completing a project.
